USERS OF THE TENNIS COURTS AND SURROUNDING VENUE RISK POSSIBLE EXPOSURE TO THE COVID-19 VIRUS

1. All users must comply with all Chattahoochee River Club Homeowner’s Association rules for use of the tennis courts and surrounding venue, as well as federal, state, and local requirements.
   
2. In addition to the above:

   A.    You may not enter or use the tennis court or tennis venue if, within the past 14 days, you have: (i) been diagnosed with COVID-19, (ii) exhibited symptoms of COVID-19 or other flu-like symptoms, or (iii) been in contact with a person that has or is suspected to have COVID-19;

   B.     Users who are not members of the same household must remain 6 feet apart at all times at the tennis venue, including on the tennis courts. 

3.  The Association will be implementing certain limited cleaning and sanitation measures at the tennis venue. However, the Association does not warrant, represent, or guarantee that the tennis courts and surrounding venue are safe to use. All users are responsible for ensuring their and their family members’ own safety and practicing appropriate health safety measures, including but not limited to those recommended by the CDC and the Georgia Department of Health.
4. COVID-19 is a challenging disease, and it may be spread in ways that are not yet known and despite distancing, cleaning, and sanitization measures.
5. Only players are allowed on the tennis courts.
6. No social gatherings are permitted on the tennis courts or at the tennis venue.
7. Singles play is recommended. If you do play doubles, avoid all incidental contact. 
8. One-on-one coaching and private lessons are permitted.
9. Players shall use only one side of the court for the entire play.
10. Players are encouraged to bring/use/touch only their own individual tennis balls.
11. Only one parent/guardian should accompany younger children to the tennis courts and the tennis venue when possible.
12. Upon completing play, all players shall leave the tennis courts.
13. The Association is not responsible for any illnesses contracted due to use of the tennis courts or surrounding tennis venue.   
    

CRC Tennis Court Reservation System - Reserve My Court

Since March 1, 2018, the CRC Tennis Committee has used the Reserve My Court tennis court reservation system.

This system makes it easy to book, view and cancel a reservation from your smart phone and/or computer.  Only courts reserved at Reserve My Count will be considered valid.  

CRC residents may register at www.reservemycourt.com.  Please we aware that it may take a day or two to receive the registration access code. 

Reservations using the online system can be made up to 14 days in advance. The Tennis Committee/HOA Board liaison will continue to book court time for all approved team practices and league matches.
