The Fitness Center is located in the lower floor of the clubhouse near the lower pool. The center is on the same clubhouse hallway as the pool restrooms / shower rooms. It is accessed by using an authorized card and entering the pool area (year round) and clubhouse hallway.
The CRC Fitness Center is open 24 hours per day. Access is granted to HOA members paying an additional annual fee. The current fee is $24 per year.
The CRC Fitness Center Agreement must be completed and on file with each annual renewal of membership to the CRC fitness center. The CRC Fitness Center Agreement may be found here.
If you need to order a membership to the fitness center or additional cards for your family, you may find the order form here.
Please contact the association manager at manager@crchoa.com if you have paid the annual fee and your key card does not have access to the
Fitness Center.
WIFI: Wifi is available at the pool, in the fitness center, and in the clubhouse. It is encrypted (WPA2). The access key is "crchoa4110''.
