We have a short-term need for a FRONT DESK ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT in our Alpharetta office (McFarland/Ga400). Position is Monday-Friday, but can be flexible hours or shorter days for the right candidate. Position could be approx. 4+ weeks or longer for candidates looking for longer term work.

We have a warm, friendly and professional office!

Duties include:
•Answer office phones and greet visitors in a friendly & professional manner (low incoming call volume).
•Sort and distribute mail.
•Coordinate overnight shipments for office staff.
•Order and maintain office supplies.
•Assist Department Managers as required providing overflow administrative support (typing, copying, filing, etc).
•Assist with phone-related tasks (set-up, phone programming, updating automated attendant, assist with phone questions & troubleshooting).
•Prepare offices and work stations for new hires ensuring office is stocked with basic supplies, clean and organized for first day.
•Responsible for kitchen organization and tidiness, monitor and order supplies to keep kitchen stocked.
•Maintain conference rooms, training rooms, copier work station areas and other common areas.
